The joint BBQ committee of the Trail and Castlegar Clubs be authorized to allocate profits from the function.

The directors recommend that the club commit to raising $25,000 by June 30, 2005 for a hospital accommodation project, subject to:
- an acceptable ongoing advisory committee being agreed to,
- an acceptable wind-up provision for the project being agreed to,
- the balance of the funding for the project being secured
CARRIED

The motion will be announced at the June 16 meeting, discussed at the June 23 meeting, and voted on by written secret ballots, that will contain the above motion, at the June 23 and June 30 meetings. Ray will make up the ballots and Ernie will be responsible for collecting them.
