Those in attendance discussed the merits of the following seven projects:

Outdoor Art Show/Exhibit
Rotary Mural
Sanctuary
Trail Science Centre

After our discussion we decided to focus on the Skateboard Park, Pediatrics Ward, Walkway on East Side of Columbia River, Sanctuary and Outdoor Art Show/Exhibit.

The following actions and responsibilities are to be undertaken:

Jan Morton will gather information on a Sanctuary Project and prepare a presentation or invite Sanctuary Members to make a presentation to the Club in the New Year.

Leigh Harrison will contact Jessie Jaehmes (sp?) regarding merits of the Outdoor Art Show/Artist Exhibit and determine whether or not this is worth pursuing.

Rich Thorpe will contact Betty Anne Marino for assistance in a presentation to the membership for the Walkway on East Side of Columbia River.

Rich Thorpe will contact the City of Trail regarding the Skateboard Park and Walkway on East Side of the Columbia River to determine whether or not there is a place for Rotary to get involved.

Rich Thorpe will contact Jane Powers regarding the Pediatrics Ward.

The goal of the above is to prepare preliminary definitive scopes of the projects for presentation to the Membership and make a selection on the "Next Big Project" for our Club.

Thank you to all who took the time out of their schedules to attend last Monday's meeting. Have a safe and Merry Christmas. Look forward to seeing you all fully charged in the New Year.
