CORRESPONDENCE
Kootenay Boundary Health Foundation -received and circulated letter from Jane Power. Jane is seeking permission to use the Kiro Manor Van. Discussion ensued regarding the use of this vehicle for Columbia View Lodge. The suggestion was made that we required details from someone originally involved, who could comment on the intent/plan for the van. MOTION. Leigh moved that we approve the request pending consultation with someone originally involved in the project. Seconded S. Daniels. APPROVED.

3-Nov-2005 Castlegar Sunrise hosting a Dinner fun/social evening with the Russian choir.

Rossland Golf/Dinner will take place the weekend of 31-Sept.

District Assembly meetings 15-Oct-2005 Spokane and 16-Oct-2005 Creston. Directors showed some preference for a social evening together in conjunction with attending one of these meetings. No decision was made. Jan will decide.

Signings Officers. Because we are not incorporated as a society, signing officers assume personal liability regarding the financial management of the Club funds. Jan, Leigh and Marlene have already signed, not Jenny. Jenny will investigate incorporation and/or insurance. Need to add John Merlo to list with signing authority. MOTION. Leigh moved that John Merlo be approved for signing authority, seconded by Scott. APPROVED.
